Miriam Rubin

Miriam has spent her career working in and with youth-serving organizations. She currently runs her own consulting firm, ezmay consulting, LLC where she supports organizations and the public sector in the following areas: priority and goal setting, change management, budget development and project planning, program implementation, change management, and strategic partnership building.

Prior to that, she served as the Budget Director for the Boston Public Schools, overseeing the development and management of the district’s $1.4 Billion operating budget. Previously, she led Boston Public Schools' partnership work, coordinating with the 1000+ partner organizations supporting BPS to increase equitable access to high quality partnership opportunities.

Throughout her career, Miriam has developed expertise in supporting organizations to effectively scale their programs, design fee-for-service models, and strategically connect programmatic priorities with funding needs.
