With 20 years of experience in business development, private client advising, and strategic planning, Rebecca specializes in aligning stakeholders, mobilizing resources, and designing high-impact initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.

Rebecca thrives in creating cohesive teams and partnerships by mapping relationships, understanding stakeholder motivations, and connecting the dots to unlock new opportunities. She has deep expertise in developing strategies, road-mapping complex programs, and implementing data-driven approaches to continuous improvement.

A former private banker turned nonprofit executive, Rebecca leverages her skills and knowledge to support organizations in scaling their impact, strengthening governance, and securing transformational funding. While her work is national, she resides outside of Boston with her husband, daughter, and their Doberman. When she's not working she can often be found at the stable with the horses or on the ski slopes.
