Strategic PlanningWithout a plan, nearly every idea presented to an organization seems to be a great one.
Shiny ideas, however, lose their luster due to their cost or unintended consequences.
Finding Clarity
Strategic planning is so important to a business. Without a plan, do we really know where we are going?
What outcomes should we measure? What determines our success? Are we measuring the right things?
While asking these questions may seem a bit like an academic exercise, it is crucial.
Strategic planning means much more than just “getting yourself out there.”
It could mean many things, but if you do not take the time to find out, then your bottom line will ultimately suffer.
